Refunds: Due to the nature of digital subscription services, no full or partial refunds are provided for billing cycles that have already started. If the service is continuously unavailable for a reasonable period due to our fault, we will negotiate with users in good faith to resolve the matter.

Cooling-off period: This service is provided immediately via the internet and does not fall under the transaction types subject to the cooling-off system under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, therefore the cooling-off period does not apply.
