Terms of Service
Please review these terms before using qq.pub (Quick Quip Publish). Japanese law governs this agreement, including the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and Consumer Contract Act.
Last updated: Nov 2025
1. Acceptance & accounts
1.1 Acceptance: Registering or using the service constitutes consent. If you disagree, do not use qq.pub.
1.2 Registration: Provide accurate info and keep credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
1.3 Suspension: We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, fraud, malicious use, suspicious activity, or inactivity (12+ months).
1.4 Minors: Users under 18 must use the service with guardian consent.
2. Subscriptions, fees, refunds
2.1 Plans: The service is sold as a SaaS subscription, JPY 2,980 per month (tax included). Price changes apply to future cycles.
2.2 Auto-renewal: Paid plans auto-renew by default. Disable anytime; already-paid periods remain active and aren't refunded.
2.3 Cancellation: You can stop your subscription at any time from the admin dashboard. After the last day of the billing cycle in which you complete the cancellation in the admin dashboard, no charges will be incurred for the next cycle, and you can continue using the service until the current cycle ends.
2.4 Refunds (Specified Commercial Transactions Act):
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital subscription services, no full or partial refunds are provided for billing cycles that have already started. If the service is continuously unavailable for a reasonable period due to our fault, we will negotiate with users in good faith to resolve the matter.
- Cooling-off period: This service is provided immediately via the internet and does not fall under the transaction types subject to the cooling-off system under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, therefore the cooling-off period does not apply.
- Payment issues: Repeated failed charges may result in suspension.
3. Service scope & availability
Maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or partner outages may interrupt service. We aren’t liable for losses caused by such events.
4. User content & IP
4.1 Ownership: You retain rights to your content but grant us a non-exclusive global license to host and display it for service delivery.
4.2 Prohibited content: No unlawful, infringing, obscene, violent, hateful, or malicious submissions.
4.3 Feedback: Suggestions may be used freely without compensation.
5. Privacy & data
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. Data processing agreements are executed with vendors when required.
6. Liability
6.1 As-is: The service is provided without warranties.
6.2 Limitation: Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6.3 Third parties: Third-party services are responsible for their own offerings.
7. Disputes & governing law
We’ll attempt amicable resolution first; otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction still apply.

9. Updates
We may revise these terms for legal or product reasons. We’ll notify via site banners, email, or in-product messages. We’ll seek explicit consent when required by consumer law. Continued use means acceptance.
