We collect personal data within the scope permitted by APPI for the following purposes:

• Types: email address, public social profiles, usage logs, payment records, device info, IP, cookies
• How: account signup, waitlist forms, social sync, AI builder usage, automatic collection when browsing
• Purposes:
  • Provide core services (link-in-bio generation, domain recommendations, analytics)
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Improve functionality and UX
  • Send service updates and security alerts
  • Run anonymized analytics
  • Comply with legal obligations

We only collect what is necessary to achieve these purposes.

Under APPI Article 23 we share data with third parties only when:

• We have your consent: we disclose the recipient, purpose, and data categories beforehand
• Legal grounds exist: court orders or government requests
• Processing is outsourced: e.g., payment processors or cloud vendors who must sign data protection agreements and mirror our safeguards

We never sell your personal data for marketing.

When data leaves Japan we ensure the destination has adequate protection or we implement APPI-equivalent safeguards, execute data protection agreements, and obtain consent when required.

Our measures include least-privilege access, MFA, audit logging, TLS1.2+/AES-256 encryption, monitoring, IDS, vulnerability scans, and vendor assessments with DPAs.

If a breach occurs we notify regulators and affected users within 72 hours where feasible.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or lodge complaints with the Personal Information Protection Commission. Contact [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.

We use cookies/LocalStorage to keep you signed in, remember settings, run anonymous analytics, and prevent abuse. You can disable cookies, though some features may break.

Once purposes are fulfilled we delete or anonymize data:

• Account data: 30 days after deletion
• Logs & analytics: 12 months
• Payment records: 7 years or as required by law

qq.pub is intended for users 16+. Younger users must obtain guardian consent.

We may update this policy for legal or product changes. We’ll notify you via on-site banners, email, or in-product alerts. Continued use means acceptance.

This policy is governed by Japanese law including APPI and related guidelines.
